Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States and the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

Shipping cost
Shipping is a flat $8 USD per order. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery time
Orders usually arrive within 5–10 business days. This is an estimate, not a guarantee, and delays can happen during busy periods, bad weather or customs checks. If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Tracking
We’ll email you a tracking link once your order ships. Tracking can take a day or two to update.

Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged import duties or taxes by your country’s customs service. These are the customer’s responsibility and aren’t included in our prices or shipping charge.

Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We can’t be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you’ve given us. If you notice a mistake, contact us through our Contact page right away and we’ll do our best to fix it before your order ships.

Lost or delayed orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 business days of shipping, contact us through our Contact page and we’ll investigate. If your parcel is confirmed lost, we’ll send a replacement or refund you in full.
