1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the Simple Smarter online store and any purchase you make from it. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products
We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours and finishes may look slightly different depending on your screen. Product measurements and compatibility are given as a guide, so please check that your device is within the size range listed before you order.

3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time before you place an order. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.

4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you’ve paid for, we’ll refund you in full.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy, both of which form part of these terms.

6. Using our products
Please use our stands as described and within the listed device sizes. We’re not responsible for damage caused by misuse, overloading, or using a stand with a device outside its listed size range.

7. Our content
All text, images and designs on this store belong to Simple Smarter or are used with permission, and may not be copied without our written consent.

8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law that can’t be excluded.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. This doesn’t remove any protection you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.

10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies.
